WHO WE ARE

 “MonicaZanella” has set up her agency after a career full of professional experiences developed in the major contexts.

She left the Region of Trento and her job as hotel-keeper to first work in tourist agencies and then, in Milan, for tour operators, both in sales department and as a tour leader guiding tourists around the world.

She spent four years working for a domestic airline with business duties and later she joined the incentive department of a leading company where she developed thorough expertise organizing conventions and incentives for top clients.

After five years she moved to a communication agency and was in charge of events planning.

Therefore, having achieved a complete training in all aspects, in 2008 she finally opened her own agency.

Her team is made up of professionals with specific skills to devise, plan, organize and realize the event.

Selected and monitored people able to always guarantee the quality standards that distinguish “MONICAZANELLA”; experts who go into action at the right time and according to our clients’ specific needs, without weighing on the budget but ensuring, under the guidance of a careful direction, the complete success of the event.
